Trinity Mead is the newest address in the elegant town of Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.

As the principal new allocation to meet the housing needs of the town, Trinity Mead will offer over 700 new homes. Infrastructure work began on site in June 2002, so that work on providing the first of the homes could begin during the Autumn.

First new homes were offered for sale at the start of 2003 and now provides a wide choice of properties from leading developers including Bryant Homes, Westbury Homes, George Wimpey, Barratt Homes, KingsOak, Persimmon Homes and Charles Church.

The development of the elegant range of homes at Trinity Mead is accompanied by the provision of new areas of public open space for local people to enjoy. The development is also marked by the establishment of community woodland and meadowland and other community benefits.

The construction of the new Southern Southern Relief Road Eastern Extension (SSRR) has also taken place as part of the overall development plan for Trinity Mead. The construction of this new road will undoubtedly go some way to easing the traffic congestion experienced to the south east of the town.
