As the principal new homes allocation for Stratford-upon-Avon, Trinity Mead is being developed by a consortium of three partners. The consortium partners are Bryant Homes, Stratford on Avon District Council and Heron Land Developments.

The development has consent for over 700 dwellings and has also been accompanied by the construction of the new Stratford Southern Relief Road Eastern Extension (SSRR), the establishment of community woodland and meadowland and the provision of new areas of public open space and other community benefits.
