Emersons Green is a new community on the north east outskirts of Bristol in the county of South Gloucestershire. Already a thriving community of homes, commercial and a retail centre, Heron Land is the lead developer in the next stage of this major project, which benefits from an outstanding location close to the M4 motorway and the vital Avon Ring Road.

Measuring some 900 acres gross, the total scheme comprises 4 million square feet of commercial floor space, including a science park, district centre, 3,100 homes and community facilities. Heron Land Developments is part of a consortium that controls an area of 300 acres which remains to be developed. This has been identified for a mixed use urban village comprising 1,500 homes and 20 hectares of commercial over the next few years.
