Situated in convenient location to the North East of Trowbridge and adjacent to the village of Hilperton, 'Paxcroft Mead' is an important development in the growth of the attractive Wiltshire town.

With high demand from residential purchasers, the site comprises of a large area of residential development, as well as educational, health and local centre provision. The overall design also provided for extensive open and play space, of which a significant amount was implemented in advance of residential occupations.

The last parcel of land available at the developmentwas sold by Heron Land Developments in 2004.

The development was a joint venture between Heron Land and JJ Gallagher, who designed and created this exciting new development at Paxcroft Mead in conjunction with the District Council.
