Paul Chester

Paul Chester has joined Heron Land Developments as Land and Planning Director.

For Paul, it marks a return to Heron after 14 years, during which time he worked in strategic land development for housebuilders Redrow and David Wilson Homes. He replaces Keith Larkin, who retired earlier this year.

Based at Heron Land’s offices in Thornbury near Bristol, Paul’s responsibilities include promoting land already under the company’s control, as well as replenishing the strategic landbank, where Heron is looking for new opportunities in southern England and South Wales with reasonable planning pedigrees.
