| Stratford-upon-Avon development gets
the go-ahead...
TheTrinity Mead, Stratford-upon-Avon, Spring 2002:
The go ahead has been given for a development of new homes
on the outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
'Trinity Mead' is the principal new allocation to meet the
housing needs of the thriving Warwickshire town and will be
accompanied by the construction of the new Southern Relief
Road Eastern Extension (SSR), the establishment of community
woodland and meadowland and the provision of new areas of
public open space and other community benefits.
With consent for approximately 650 dwellings, development
work on site will began in June 2002, with completion scheduled
for around 2006.
Serviced packages of land are being offered for development
and interest is already intense as development opportunities
in the attractive Warwickshire town are limited.
