Heron Land dispose of
Phase 1 land holding at Wellington
Wellington, Somerset, Spring 2007:

Heron Land Developments Limited has disposed of its equitable interest in the First Phase of the proposed Cades Farm development in Wellington, Somerset.

The Heron Land interest in the first Phase has been acquired by Barratt Homes (Exeter), who will replace Heron Land Developments as part of the consortium with Persimmon Homes progressing Phase 1.

The disposal of the interest in Phase 1 does not affect Heron's interest in the second phase of the development on land located off Taunton Road. It is hoped the Cades Farm development will provide badly needed new homes for the region and will become an integral part of Wellington, with walking and cycling routes to the town centre.
